Due to the non-tangible nature of digital downloads, you're unable to "return" a product. However if you're unhappy with a purchase, I am more than happy to replace the product with another of your choice.
If you aren't happy with any alternatives, or there is some other issue (such as double-orders), I am happy to refund you as long as you've notified me within 7 (seven) days of ordering.

Open Kontakt (full version), select the Load/Save dropdown and click "Load". Navigate to the downloaded & extracted .nki file for the instrument.
Alternatively, you can drag the .nki file into the Kontakt window to load it directly.

It's possible the email went to your spam/junk folder. Please check to make sure it didn't get mistakenly filtered there.
If you still can't find it, please reach out to me directly using the contact form.

Absolutely! I have all of the records from the previous versions of the store, so please get in touch using the Contact form and I can send you the downloads for your files.
Alternatively, if you just want to stay notified for upcoming products, you can "purchase" one of the free products on the new store and opt-in for email marketing.

Due to licensing & technical reasons, as well as the fact that 80% of people were still using the Kontakt versions of the instruments, NEAT Player is officially deprecated.
If you ordered a NEAT Player instrument and need to access your old files, please get in touch using the Contact Form with your order number and I'll sort it out for you.

Native Instruments charges a pretty steep amount for licensing a product with Kontakt Player. Many smaller developers, myself included, can't justify that price.

Please reach out using the Contact Form and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

I'm just not completely happy with them, or proud to be selling them. I want to create inspiring, unique instruments that make me proud to look back on.
I could give them away for free, but some of them were quite large (Oracle was almost 2GB), and free products tend to go "viral". This means my store provider, Payhip would end up paying thousands of dollars in storage & transfer fees, which isn't fair on them.
